My wife and I recently had the opportunity to lease a new car from Mercedes Benz of Easton. (This is our third Mercedes Benz lease with Mercedes Benz of Easton,) When we walked into the show room, we recognized Brad Martinkovich from another dealership we have done business with in the past. Brad has always been great to work with, and he was a welcome sight to see. This experience with Brad proved to be consistent with all of our previous experiences. We were able to secure a quality vehicle we are very happy within our budget. Cody Gestrich has performed all of the technical vehicle setup for us on all of our vehicles. He is kind, professional and thorough, as always. In fact, the day I picked up the car, my wife was not with me the day I picked up the vehicle and Cody was very happy to go over all the features on the car with her several days later when she brought it back in. Brad and Cody have both offered us access if we are in need of anything. It is people like Brad and Cody that make doing repeat business with Mercedes Benz of Easton an easy decision.

I worked with Brad Martinkovich, who was excellent. I asked to look at and drive several cars at the dealership and Brad didn’t hesitate bringing every single car for me to look at. No questions asked. The buying process was fast, even though it was later in the day when most employees had left the dealership. I would not hesitate to buy a car here again. Absolutely excellent service. I bought a beautiful certified Mercedes, with an excellent warranty for 4 years - almost unheard of when buying a used vehicle.

Excellent service and exceptional service advisor, Drew Weinberg always goes over and above to ensure that his customers are taken care of. I drive nearly 45 mins to MB Easton to get my car serviced although there is another dealer just 10 mins away.

My husband and I took our vehicles in 5/4/26 to have them serviced and received such wonderful customer service from Chris Wilkoski in the service department what a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Easton!!

Brad was one of the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He responded quickly after first contact and actually read everything in my inquiry before responding. He gave me a great price right off the bat, answered every question, and was incredibly honest and transparent. The process of taking delivery was a great experience. Everyone was super helpful. Cody was especially amazing showing us all the details of our new car. He even took time to demonstrate the parking assistance feature. I bought a used car from Mercedes-Benz of Easton and worked with Brad. He was fantastic. I was fully expecting the old, tired runaround, haggling, back and forth with manager, surprise fees, etc., but none of that happened. Brad was fully transparent from the first call and was great to work with. I drove six hours to the dealership to do the paperwork, and there were no surprises. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I highly recommend Brad and the entire Mercedes-Benz of Easton team.

Andy Culver did a great job making an appointment on short notice and got me in and out of the service department in a very reasonable time. He always does a great job for my two MB vehicles.

Chris and the post-sales Team at Mercedes-Benz of Easton have been fantastic. I just wish the service Team would pay more attention to the details and save me from a coupe of trips back to service within a short period of time. In the end, all easily fixed.

My wife and I stopped by Germain of Easton ~4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon browsing their massive inventory of vehicles. Knowing they closed at 5PM and being very respectful of their time on a weekend, we decided to go inside just before closing to simply give them our contact information, ask them to run some figures on a couple vehicles we were interested in and plan to discuss on Monday. Don, one of the sales associates greeted us and asked us to have a seat to discuss our interest. Don was incredibly patient; time was of no concern to him. We explained what we were looking for and he asked if he could get an appraisal on our trade in. Note, it was after "closing time" by now and there were still MANY employees still there, working. Don offered us additional rebates and incentives that were NOT offered to us at a local competitor earlier in the day. Rich, their financial guy came back with a much better price than we received across town on the same vehicle. And with minimal negotiations, we agreed to the purchase of the vehicle. Even though we were closer to 6pm by now, they offered us the option of doing the financial portion still tonight or allowing them time to fully detail the vehicle and have it ready for us on Monday. We chose Monday to come back and pick up the vehicle. We live ~90 minutes away and planned to make the trip Monday afternoon. The paperwork process all went very well with Pam. She was very friendly, courteous and patient with us. After the financial portion was completed, my wife was given a very detailed "tour" of the vehicle where Cody went over every button, option, feature the vehicle offered. Just what my wife was wanting/needing. She was very pleased with the patience, knowledge, helpful advice, suggestions, compassion, friendliness and attention Cody gave her. I also want to share the large silver bow on the hood of my wife's new car was VERY appreciated and very well received. He even informed me that my 2019 Leisure Travel Van would not need servicing until August 2026. Drew Weinberg has been the service advisor for both of our Mercedes cars for several years. He is punctual, cheerful, a good listener, and able to recommend what’s technically important to do now versus later.

I would like to leave a review about my experience working with Chance Moran and the dealership — we were extremely satisfied with the level of service. Our vehicle purchase initially took place remotely, as we were buying from another state. From the very beginning, Chance demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, polite, always responsive, and provided very fast and detailed email replies. Every answer was thorough and thoughtful, and it truly felt like he was always trying to help, not just sell a car. The overall service honestly felt like a five-star hotel experience. Upon our arrival, we were even picked up from the airport, which was an unexpected but very appreciated gesture. We purchased a Mercedes EQS, and once we arrived, there were a few nuances with the vehicle that we were not aware of prior to our flight. What really mattered was how Chance and the team handled the situation. Every concern was addressed professionally, calmly, and efficiently. All issues were resolved quickly on-site, and we always received clear and honest answers to every question. This was our first electric vehicle, and the level of support we received was outstanding. Chance took the time to walk us through the setup, explain all features, and make sure we fully understood how everything works. The guidance and consultation were thorough and extremely helpful. We flew in from Chicago, and despite visiting several dealerships there, we can confidently say that none of them provided a comparable level of service. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Chance Moran. If you are looking for a great car and truly exceptional customer service, this is the place to go.

Had my A5 service appointment at Mercedes Easton yesterday and my service representative was Spencer Stewart. It was another great visit as Spencer coordinated everything flawlessly, the mechanic explained everything well in a video and the entire experience was what I’ve come to expect from a premium provider such as Mercedes. Andrew even reached out to help get me an earlier service appointment. Highly rec! Update: 2/26/26 since we can't leave mult reviews I'll update on my recent experience. Drew Weinberg again went above and beyond. He got me in earlier to accommodate my schedule, got my vehicle issues resolved promptly, and got me on my way the next day. He is a reason why I'd actually want to get another MB from Germain. The last sales guy was great but is no longer there.

Took my car in to get worked on. Worked with Andrew Weinberg and he made it an excellent, easy process once again. I appreciate all of the effort he put in to make the process fast an old easy!

Update: thank you to Jason, service manager at Easton. He reached out, listened to me, and made this right, this is an example of a caring business management. Worst experience ever. If you’re in for service, avoid Chris Wilkoski. He is very rude and far from being professional. His attitude with clients coming to service a luxury car is horrible to a point he would take it personal and not offer service, neither provides accurate information/pricings.

We are so confident having Mercedes-Benz of Easton maintain our GLA250. Andrew Weinberg is our trusted advisor to schedule the appropriate maintenance and make recommendations to extend the life of our GLA250! In addition, Andrew took the time to retouch the paint from stone chips etc. this last maintenance trip. He truly went the extra mile to make our GLA250 look like a new car! Thank you Drew!! The kindness and high quality service I received from Andrew Weinberg and Germain Mercedes was something not seen very often these days. I caused a curb rash on my 3 week old Mercedes wheel and it made me sick. Andrew got my car in the next day and repaired the wheel; it looks like new. I am very grateful.

Chris W. is my man! I’ve had my two Ben’s serviced with him and I cannot say one negative. Chris W. is great at what he does and continues to provide such pleasing updates regarding your Benz. The amount of knowledge he has is just a frequent and consistent piece of gold. Of course there are other Service Advisors but, Chris W. is the guy to work with. Lastly, I always joke with him and say, you own the Service Department. Thanks again!

Spencer at Mercedes-Benz of Easton was excellent. I came in as a walk-in with low tire pressure warnings and they got me right in. He handled everything smoothly, took care of my transportation needs, and had me back on the road within a few hours. Easy, efficient, and professional experience all around. Highly recommend.
