I just had the best experience buying a new 2025 Mercedes Benz 450 Gle Coupe with Youssoupha! Everyone with the exception of our salesperson was nice to interact with. I would suggest more than one employee be available on the business/loan side. If more than one person is purchasing, you do have to wait, which can be a time consuming process. Additionally, I don't feel that used vehicles be on the lot unless they are ready for purchase. Loved my experience! Bought my daughter her first car and everything was great: the people, price and the whole process! Worth the 3 1/2 hour drive! Now my son wants a mercedes too…yikes!

You get what you pay for, and service is pricey, but the customer service is top notch, their loaner vehicles are all very nice current models. They have a full lounge area with snacks if you want to wait on your vehicle or are with someone else who might be buying a car or looking for one. You can't ask for a nicer dealership or better staff.
