Great experience buying my first Mercedes! Everyone was wonderful. Eric Gray was outstanding and very patient while I took my time in deciding which one I wanted to buy. I finally landed on a black GLC. Pam in finance was awesome and took time to explain the finance process and Cody was excellent in showing me the different features. I worked with Brad Martinkovich, who was excellent. I asked to look at and drive several cars at the dealership and Brad didn’t hesitate bringing every single car for me to look at. No questions asked. The buying process was fast, even though it was later in the day when most employees had left the dealership. I would not hesitate to buy a car here again. Absolutely excellent service. I bought a beautiful certified Mercedes, with an excellent warranty for 4 years - almost unheard of when buying a used vehicle.
Excellent service and exceptional service advisor, Drew Weinberg always goes over and above to ensure that his customers are taken care of. I drive nearly 45 mins to MB Easton to get my car serviced although there is another dealer just 10 mins away.
My husband and I took our vehicles in 5/4/26 to have them serviced and received such wonderful customer service from Chris Wilkoski in the service department what a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Easton!!

I bought a used car from Mercedes-Benz of Easton and worked with Brad. He was fantastic. I was fully expecting the old, tired runaround, haggling, back and forth with manager, surprise fees, etc., but none of that happened. Brad was fully transparent from the first call and was great to work with. I drove six hours to the dealership to do the paperwork, and there were no surprises. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I highly recommend Brad and the entire Mercedes-Benz of Easton team.
Andy Culver did a great job making an appointment on short notice and got me in and out of the service department in a very reasonable time. He always does a great job for my two MB vehicles.

If you’re in for service, avoid Chris Wilkoski. He is very rude and far from being professional. His attitude with clients coming to service a luxury car is horrible to a point he would take it personal and not offer service, neither provides accurate information/pricings.
We are so confident having Mercedes-Benz of Easton maintain our GLA250. Andrew Weinberg is our trusted advisor to schedule the appropriate maintenance and make recommendations to extend the life of our GLA250!
